Target.com is selling these cute little caterpillar cat toys that are the perfect size for Polly.  She has spent the past few days carrying them around non-stop as if they are her woobie.

I hope someone loves you the way these two love each other.  🙂

Fans come in all shapes and sizes.  This little Gator fan loves football season because it means she has a captive audience that will be there a few hours and she will convince a few of them to play tug-of-war with her at some point.  Half-time is definitely Polly time!

You are looking at two hungry kids staring at the chef while breakfast is being prepared for them based on their needs.  Each kid gets a slight variation on the same food.  For Fletch that is a mix of wet and dry prescription diabetic diet food.  For Bates it is all soft food and no dry food since he has 8 teeth.  For Polly it is a mix of non-prescription and prescription food.  She has pica so we try to keep her full so she won’t eat crazy things that she shouldn’t.  They are all sure that someone else got a better meal.  Polly is the slowest eater by a long shot.  That usually means we have to make sure Bates doesn’t eat all of her food.  We’ve learned that he will eat it all because he’s done that before.  He means no harm.  It must be because he came from a hoarder that had 17 dogs and food must have been scarce.
