It’s so sweet to look up and see this guy just looking at me and wagging his tail.

This little guy likes to find places to make them his home.  This is the cat-going-to-the-vet carrier or the dogs-in-the-hotel before we check the floors for food, stray pills, plastic wrappers, other foreign objects they are not allowed to ingest.  He likes this one during bad weather, and it is nestled under my desk where I work at home.  For everyday housing, he likes to get under one of our skirted dining room chairs.  I’ll take that photo today and share it later.

Bates is tough based on where he came from, but he has a heart of gold.  Here he is hanging out with Polly, protecting her so she can sleep and lounge about without a care in the world.  Everyone needs a friend with a heart this big.

Totally predictable that they are cuddling, right?  It’s part wrestling, part cuddling, part resting in between.  Never a dull moment with these two BFFs.

The tiny tot has a smile on her face every time she is hanging with her BFF Bates.

Today the kitty is watching the dogs from her chair instead of going a couple feet to the door.
